He has published numerous articles on dental law, risk management, and has written and published two books, "Malpractice: What They Don't Teach You in Dental School", and "Ideal Charting for General Dentists".

His proprietary set of dental forms under the name "Best Dental Charts" are widely used among the profession to better guard against malpractice issues.

Mr. Tonner lectures frequently on risk management, dental practice transitions, and dental law across the country. He also holds private seminars for small and large groups of dentists and their staff, as well as for dental organizations.

Jeff resides in Phoenix, AZ with his wife Cindi, and their three boys Matt, Andrew, and David.
